    Ben Mackie, Owner

    Ben is originally from England and served for 10 years in the British army. After a 10 year career in the British Army as a physical training instructor and professional soccer player Ben attended the renowned Premier Training International School of Personal Training in England and certified in personal training and sports massage therapy. Ben then moved to the United States and began personal training in the L.A area before continuing training in Stockton meanwhile still playing professional soccer. As well as serving as a physical training instructor in the Army, Ben also played soccer for the army and has continued to play professionally here in the U.S.

    Misty Woody, Personal Trainer

    Misty’s athletic background and passion for wellness and fitness earned her a full ride scholarship for volleyball to Arkansas Tech University. From there she earned her BS in Physical Fitness and Wellness. While in college she worked in physical therapy. After returning home to Stockton she continued to work in physical therapy and started coaching volleyball for Club Stockton. From 2004-2006 she worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Clinical Health Educator. In 2008 she started personal training. She has experience working with mothers trying to lose weight to collegiate athletes. Misty is personally invested in each of her clients and works intimately with them to assure they reach their goals.

    Jennifer Lagomarsino, Personal Trainer

    Jen is excited to help you reach your health, weight-loss, and fitness goals at Ben Mackie! She is certified as a personal trainer, yogafit instructor, and group exercise leader. After having three children, she was determined to get healthy, and through her journey towards weight loss and proper nutrition, she found a passion for inspiring others. Jen has an extensive background and knowledge on the body’s needs and mechanics. She wants to help you find the perfect fitness plan in order to live a healthy and active life.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer Raul can train you in a safely, effective and enjoyable manner. With many years of soccer training experience, Raul can help you get into great shape and improve your performance, speed, agility and balance.

    Having been a fitness professional for 4 years, Dayna brings a wealth of knowledge in many areas of personal training. She is certified in yoga, personal training, bodybuilding, muay thai and more. Whether it’s low impact personal training, MMA fusion training or sports specific workouts, she has all the experience and ability to help you get to the next level.

  • Jesse Serna, Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Strength Coach

    As a full time trainer/coach since 2006, Jesse works with professional athletes, seniors after knee replacement and lots of people wanting to feel better and do more. Coach Jessie is a Certified Functional Strength Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who will help you move better, and then push you to move more.

    Krystal Gouveia, Personal Trainer

    I have played soccer my whole life and I have always enjoyed pushing myself, but it wasn’t until 2 years ago I really fell in love with fitness and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. One summer I was training for soccer and walked into this very gym and fell in love with working out and bettering myself everyday. I have found so much joy in motivating those around me and this is why I decided to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I may be young, but I am so passionate and want to inspire as many people as I can.

    Tina’s career in the fitness industry began with her losing 70 lbs on her own and discovering a passion to share her enthusiasm of health with others. She has trained in calisthenics, kickboxing, crossfit and bodybuilding. Since then, she has earned NASM certifications in personal training and fitness nutrition with plans to continue her education.

    Amanda Oliver, Yoga Instuctor

    Amanda started practicing hot yoga in 2006. Her love of yoga and desire to share her passion with everyone regardless of age has stayed strong and led her to completing her 200 hour yoga certification and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She enjoys teaching all different levels and truly believes that yoga should be a part of everyone’s lives even if it’s just for a few minutes on a daily basis.

    Stacia is more than just crazy about Barre and all things fitness. She takes huge pride in her passion to help people and is an aid to achieving the confidence they strive for. Outside of the gym she is a wife, mother, and huge advocate for overall health and wellness. With her knowledge of human physiology, her bold personality and love for people, she can help you accomplish your goals.

    Emilio graduated from Carrington college and has over 500 hrs of training and experience in massage and spa treatments. His specialties are sports massage,deep tissue massage,hot stone therapy and creme wraps as well as chair massage to name but a few.
