Stress Relief: The practice of Yoga has been shown to reduce the physical effects of stress on the body.

Pain Relief: Studies have shown that practicing Yoga asanas (postures), meditation, or a combination of the two, reduced pain for people with conditions such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, auto-immune diseases and hypertension as well as arthritis, back and neck pain and other chronic conditions.

Weight Management: People do not have to practice the most vigorous forms of Yoga to lose weight. Yoga encourages development of a positive self-image as more attention is paid to nutrition and the body as a whole.

Ben Mackie Fitness is pleased to offer Yoga classes to both training clients and the public! Find balance by adding yoga to any fitness program. All classes are formatted to include pranayama, asana, and relaxation/meditation. Our asana practice includes poses which will challenge students’ strength, balance, and flexibility. Students are encouraged to listen to breath and body in order to find the practice that meets them where they are each day. By doing so, our yoga classes allow them to explore safely and successfully, and to leave feeling strong, energized, and relaxed.

$20 drop in price per class
$95 five class package, good for 30 days
$180 ten class package, good for 90 days

An additional studio fee of $10 per month/pkg covers towels, water, showers, and cardio equipment for warmup. Discount off above prices for personal training/Pilates clients.
