Happy Monday & 2nd day of November! ———- I think it’s safe to say we’ve hit “Holiday Season” we are 24 short days from Thanksgiving and 52 days from Christmas! That means indulgences left and right, holiday parties, travel etc.. ———- This is the time to stay on track, the average person gains 5-7lbs over the course of November & December- don’t be average, or plan on leaving it to the New Year’s resolution. In case the rain scared you away from the gym today, here’s a body weight workout that can be done anywhere, no equipment required: ——— 20 squats 20 pulse lunges each leg 10 sit ups 1:00 min plank 20 push-ups 45 sec. Jumping Jacks 3 Rounds …. Too easy? Complete an extra round to really get a good workout!
